Who we are
This website, nooradsolutions.com (the "Site"), is operated by Noorad Solutions Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Noorad Solutions", "we", "us" or "our"), with its office at 6010 West Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, TX 75024, United States. You can contact us about privacy at support@nooradsolutions.com.
This policy explains what personal information the Site receives, why, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Site. This policy does not cover our products, such as Salah, or the work we do for customers. Those are governed by the agreements we sign with each customer and by the privacy notices given to the people who use them.
The short version
- The Site has no accounts, forms, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
- We do not set cookies, and nothing is stored in your browser.
- All fonts, images and styles load from the Site itself, so no third party learns that you visited through our pages.
- If you email us, we use your message to reply and keep it as part of our business records.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never have.
Information we receive
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, the content of your message and any attachments. Please don't send us sensitive information, such as health or financial details, through email unless we have asked for it.
When you visit the Site
The Site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request so it can deliver the page and protect the Site from attack. This includes your IP address, the type of browser and device you use, the page you asked for, the referring page and the date and time. We do not use this information to identify you or to build a profile of you.
How we use information
- To read and answer your messages, and to follow up if you ask us to.
- To run the Site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse and attacks.
- To keep business records, meet our legal obligations, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and securing the Site, on taking steps you have asked for before entering a contract, and on complying with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that process it on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the Site, and Microsoft, which provides our email.
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when we believe disclosure is needed to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- A successor organization if Noorad Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our ordinary business records, and then delete them. Cloudflare keeps its technical request data for limited periods under its own policies.
Security
The Site is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers, runs no scripts, and collects nothing through the page itself. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses used by our providers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask whether we hold personal information about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Wherever you live, you can ask us to delete any emails you have sent us.
To make a request, email support@nooradsolutions.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Notice for United States residents
In the last twelve months the Site may have received identifiers (such as email and IP addresses) and internet activity information (such as pages requested), for the purposes described above. We have not sold or shared personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. Because we do no selling, sharing or targeted advertising, we honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals automatically: there is nothing for them to switch off.
Children
The Site is meant for businesses and organizations and is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets a higher age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not apply to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will make that clear on the Site.
